We are wanting to outsource some of our roof installs (just the roof work). So i'm searching for a usable subcontractors agreement. As well as general business terms i'm specifically concerned about water leaks and ensuring the company we use are tied down to sorting any if they arise.
We have an agreement which was used for our MCS registration of cause, but now the real world beckons we don't feel it is suitable.
If someone could point us in the right direction i'd be grateful.
