Anybody know the manufacturer of this switch? Building is from early 90's

They do look Wandsworth but they could also be old style Crabtree although the plate configuration is odd for those.
 
See a lot of similar switches in 70s and 80s schools but the plate is odd and that configuration may have an old cast back box behind it which had corner screws.
 
us oldies know more about kit from 60's than 90's, ???
