Quiet Friday night in - up early tomorrow driving down south. So I've just finished up 'Stranger Things.' A pretty decent little series by Netflix. A massive nod at 80's Sci-Fi. The genre usually isn't my thing but I really enjoyed it. Nothing too flashy, but still worth a watch.

So now I'm stuck. Anyone recommend a good series I can get into?

I keep wanting to watch 'Sons of Anarchy'...But for some reason I never give it a go.

SoA is a great show, Breaking Bad, The Blacklist, Designated Survivor, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Sleepy Hollow, Ray Donovan, House of Cards, Prison Break, and the Sequel,

I've heard good things about this.
About the guy who fixes problems for celebrities? Added to my list! Cheers!

Suits, easy watching American Lawyer series that still makes me chuckle, you will be hooked after the first episode.

Brilliant! Thanks! Whenever I catch up with my dad, he raves about this show. Definitely will give this a go now!

I'm watching Homeland at the moment which I'm enjoying.

The last series I watched was Fringe which is a really good sci-fi show.

I don't normally watch cartoons but Rick and Morty is bloody brilliant!

Sons of Anarchy is a fantastic show followed very closely by Ray Donovan ( I am just re-watching Ray Donovan it's that good.
I had the same issue with SOA for ages I couldn't give it enough attention but once I got into it i found it to be one of the best shows I've seen.
Blindspot is well worth a watch aswell.

Oh yeah Forgot about Billions with the 1st season better than the 2nd imo.

Just started Ray Donovan. One episode in. I'm impressed so far. Cheers for the recommendations guys.

Still found myself not giving SoA a chance

Edited for poor spelling

Ray Donovan gets better with each episode and as for sons, trust me it is worth it and there's 8 seasons to get stuck into.

Another vote for Sons of Anarchy. Peaky Blinders, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Designated Survivor, Narcos, Making a Murderer.

Bosch is also a good one but that's on Amazon Prime.

The Night Manager on BBC was brilliant last year!

Comedies, Brooklyn nine-nine, New girl, Silicon Valley, White Gold (BBC)

Cannot recommend Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul highly enough.

I also used to like 24.

I will have to put it on our watchlist :)

Foyle's War, Enterprise (Scott Bacula), D.I.Y. S.O.S. just to watch Billy screw up again, many more but I have got a series blank, or in other words the Red stuff is blurring my memory.

Did you start to feel bad for Pablo towards the end?

Not for a second.

Live by the sword, die by the sword.

We don't have a TV licence so box sets/on demand only. We watch 45mins a day over tea. So 1 episode a night basically.

You can get through some shows over the years.

That is some restraint! The tv is on in my house whenever people are in. What do you in the evenings?

Got 2 acres c/w lake orchard etc. I'll never not have anything to do outside in spring to autumn.

Winter time I work on a nano brewery I'm building in the garage when funds allow or Xbox LIVE.

No kids...

Air Crash Investigation. watch the whole series, then book your holiday flight.
