Dear sir,
We had doble f6150 testing kit , please any one can providev test plan for distance relays like : alstom pd521, er-ohmega, ge-d60,

You have got the manual and the relay settings and characteristics. How do you expect someone 1000’s of miles away to help?

Contact your local agent for either Doble or Alstom.
