So I had the horrendous task today of contacting UK Power Networks regarding replacing a cast iron cut out ...

I made sure my phone had a full battery, I got a coffee, and took a seat ready for 2 hours on the phone to India.

Well I never, I got through to the right department first time, they asked a few basic questions, and got an appointment next month.

EASY! :17:

Your kidding?? I once got them round to a site, they took photos and gave me a technical department number..I rung it a week later, it just rang and rang and rang...I'd forgotten all about it till now, although it's probably a bit late now as that was 2 years ago.
