Timeguard products - failures

Has anyone else experienced a high failure rate of Timeguard FST17A heater controllers? I've now had 4 fail in recent times. I've emailed the manufacturers to see what their opinion is but wondered if I was alone. The wholesalers let slip they had 10 units to go back that had been returned 'failed'!

Have had 2 fail just lost all the memory after about 3 weeks reset them then same thing would occur

Ive had 2 analogue timers for an immersion fail within 8 months of each other

I've had 2 fail and I called Timeguard directly. A new one arrived FOC a few days later.

No but had around 12 or so occupancy switches fail over about 6 months. Changed them to a different manufacturer and dont use them any more.

3 x electronic frost stats letting out 190v on s/l side ,
Called them not that helpful either
