Its a run prohibit command like a stop circuit so need to be N/C so the drive can run when told to, it is open circuit at the moment so prevents the drive working when it receives a run command, you need to find out why its not a complete loop and look into my suggestions above.

How did you find the manual on that website, I can't see it in Toshiba inverters?

I typed in 'Tosvert-130 manual' although I don't have enough details to know which manual it is I made the assumption the terminal layout would be similar enough to give you advice.

Yeah I understand safety circuits etc, just need to find where the circuit goes so I can see where it is open. I appreciate the help and will give it a go if I can find what the ST circuit entails, if I can't get this sorted then I will leave it at that!

Found the drawing, is this the one you were looking at?

Would you ever link out ST and CC to see if it fixes the fault, ie brings the power back on to the machine, obviously done in a controlled safe manner?

I would not advise you to ever unless you understand exactly what you are doing and the risks involved - even just to test a theory, I do it but I do have the knowledge to do so... the diagram you posted is more complex than the one I sourced and may differ' but you need to refer to the manual for that exact model, you only supplied the brand and range, it seems there are a few variants/generations of the tosvert-130.
