Looks like fp200. But black? Found in a static caravan. Can anyone confirm that it is a type of FP200?

I don’t think it’s FP200 because the black FP200 I have used in the past had a white sheath with a thin black layer/coating on it, the looks to be a solid black sheath.
Plus the insulation doesn’t look right to me for FP200.
It could be another manufacturers equivalent of FP200.

As it’s a static caravan could it have been built overseas using a non-uk cable type?
