Well, after a year since I build the adaptor I have found some extra benefits. Makita Li-on batteries tend to fault on a regular basis and are practically impossible to get charged again by the Makita charger.
Guess what, I can recharge any faulty Makita battery with my adaptor and a Dewalt charger!
