Hello,
I have received several pieces of old Landis & Gyr Meter test equipment for repair.
Some of them are beyond repair but I hope to fix at least two (someone tried before me and just made it harder for me). I wouldn't take the job but cannot be choosy now, I need money.

Please if anyone would be so kind aNd help me, maybe it is available somewhere in archive. Also advise where to get that schematic will be appreciated.

I have contacted L&G in Swiss but they do not keep it anymore, also I failed to get it from my other former connections in metering business.

I have some progress with repair, but it is incredibly time consuming with a bit unsure ending.

Thanks

I find it hard to believe that Landis & Gyr don't keep design details etc, of all it's past products... Maybe you need to be an ''Approved or Certified'' company for Landis & Gyr to supply/provide circuit diagrams etc...

Unlike in Egypt, it would only be specialist/certified companies that work on/or repair officially used electrical measuring meters. eg, ...Those that can officially certify calibration accuracy of the meter is within manufacturers specifications, along with any State requirements.

I worked with Landis & Gyr in the past and have attended several trainings in Zug, Switzerland.
Unfortunatelly all the guys I knew are gone. The response came from some secretary.
You are right, I also believe that they have some archive but how I can persuade anyone to go there, look it up, scan it and send.
Other option is reverse engineering to make circuit diagram from PCB. Not very keen on it but will probably end up with that, eek.
