I liked the news report, where it said -
"South Staffordshire Water said its engineers were working to isolate the damage to the 20in underground pipe. It said no customers should be without water, but some may be experiencing discolouration."
Just my weird sense of humour, sorry.

really? I pay 1200-1500 a year for electric and about 600 for water
