I fell for their schpiel when I first started, reckon I had 2 calls during my year with them, complete waste of time to be honest, as are websites pushed by these internet shylocks. Makes me weep thinking how much I let myself get plundered.
 
Yell is a complete waste of time. Been on for 6 months and all I get is people trying to sell me their advertising services! Best return is from ads placed in local parish mags - £60 for a year. Ist job earn't me £1200. Well worth it.
