    I was thinking about an earth rod, comes from underground not in conduit loop test on a local socket coming back with 17.85 ohms

    Comes up through the ground, I thought about an earth rod as I’ve just stuck my tester in a local socket it’s coming back with around 17 ohms on my loop test

    the little yellow one? Wouldn’t you still expect their to be a main earth terminal in that area? Thanks for all your replies

    It will be a hmo, it’s currently being converted which was my main concern with the possibility of all 3 being used at the same time a family home is probably a lot less likely
