    Sounds like a high resistance earth/no earth. Is the installation all isolated and testing between the main supply? Could be an earth fault somewhere in the installation

    Magic gel isn’t suitable for direct burial apparently so I usually use resin of connections need to be buried which I would try and avoid if possible.

    Prices 2 bed bungalow

    Just done a 3 bed 25 doubles 9 spots basic lights elsewhere, garage socket and light, few 5a lighting points and supply ready for conservatory and 3 external lights. 3100. Knocked 300 off as she had the attic de insulated and hoovered out. Best one I’ve been in !

    Reccommendation for work trousers

    Snickers rough work are good heavy duty loads of pockets some zipped, bit heavy though. Have just had some 3/4 snickers flexi trousers which are a lot lighter but less pockets
