    I would just wire the ufh pump with the brown of the ufh valve. If the valve failed to open and the UFH pump was running then the blending valve would act as a bypass.

    I haven’t watched the video so can’t comment on the installation but IMO 4K for a standard 3 bed Rewire is about the going rate. £1000 on material, 2 sparks and a lad for 4 days £1000 Labour, £320 overheads £1680 in the sky rocket....even if it takes 5 days your still on to a decent earner.

    My lads are on £800 a 1st fix atm. 3 story, 3 bed house with one en-suite. Data and coax to each TV point, downlights in kitchen and bathrooms.
