    why not just use MK flange boxes, fitted hundreds of them with out a problem using 1" 1/2 6's. Cut the plaster out with a stanley knife then carefully cut the lath out.

    after testing cat 6 have you changed from class E to class F and reset the referance, just a thought , have you selected cat7 as well as class F and selected the correct NVP %, Siemon would ask us to change the NVP to 68% when testing their cat6 cable.     If the pyro gland back nut isn't tightened up onto the olive then a banjo/frying pan isn't going to do much. Earth tail pots aren't really needed unless glanding into plastic, geez bare pyro now that takes me back.
