    I would suggest you consider the SolaX X1-3.0T Boost unit, it has twin trackers, the voltage range is ideal, will cost you less and will have a 10yr warranty. They have very good support here with their UK office in Nuneaton.

    Doesn't sound good....certainly not a good choice of optimiser for those panels, P500 would have been ideal for a 96cell module. I would give the benefit of the doubt to the installer though, they may have believed they were installing the correct units, perhaps didn't even do the design...
