    Working for your friend seems like a good way to get your confidence up. If you call elecsa (or any of the others...stroma is considerably cheaper) and speak to their customer services they'll happily take your cash

    Are the connector blocks in the middle of the cable, or are they just temporary where your sockets will be? If they're temporary then they're fine. But I wouldn't like to do a new install with cables joined with blocks. [emoji53]

    MET is fine. If they go through CU then earth bar just becomes MET.

    EBay or Gumtree are your best bets for 2nd hand. They're often on there without calibration so keep £50 to one side to put a ticket on it.

    You don't have to join one at all, but you'll have to pay a fee to your local authority for any notifiable work that you carry out if you don't.

    I'm not a ukip supporter by any stretch of the imagination, but I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. EVERYONE should vote! That way we get a true representation of who the public want to represent them, that's democracy.
