Hi i am new to the forum i joined yesterday my name is Dave i am 55 and a electrical engineer in the water industry were i have worked for the last 30 years i have one of the nicest places to work i cover the lake district and south cumbria
I started my working career in the local ship yard were i servred my time as an apprentice and ended up testing and commisioning usually large dc and 60hz ac systems on and off submarines , when i started mercury arc rectifiers and open frame switch boards were common place .
I also own a long established Domestic appliance repair company which has been trading for at least 27 years . so if any one needs any advice requarding appliance repairs or advice in general feel free to ask
