I remember years ago in the UK before the they fitted the bar across the back of lorries a motor biker decap the same way I saw on the way home one day not nice.

Yeah you can see the american licence plate, plus don't think there's many cars like that over here. looks like a chevrolet corvette stingray.

The truck looks like it might be on the hard shoulder, so it may have been stationary. Even at 50 mph you are not going to survive. (At least it was quick) poor sod (person, chap,bird you know where i'm coming from).
