RCD not tripping

Last month I changed a consumer unit and all was well. Now neither of the RCD's are tripping correctly. I get either >50v or >40ms. Could this be 2 faulty RCD's? the make is Contactum and the elecsa guy I spoke to today didn't seem too keen on them. Idea's most welcome

its definetly not your tester thats at fault? does the test button on the rcd trip it?

what tester? try testing RCDs at the RCD with the associated MCBs OFF.

the tester he uses when doing his x1 0 & 180, x5 0 &180 tests

Di-log 9083p calibrated last month. I'll try testing at RCD tomorrow, in the meantime I've ordered 2 new ones

Bloody Contactum..... 2 lazy/faulty RCD's on the same board. Changed them out , new ones working ok. Never fitting Contactum again.
