Hi, how can I connect my Kewtech R2 lead to my Metrel MFT so that I do not have to carry the R2 reel with me whilst doing R2 testing? There was never an issue using a Megger but the Metrel utilises a block connector instead of 3 individual leads.
Thanks

Will the wander lead not piggy back into one of the Metrel test leads?

On a side note I use a shoulder strap for my wander lead reel, saves carrying it.

As @Strima said, you use the 3 lead set. Plug blue into green and then plug your wander lead into the back of the blue. Then null out the lot. If you’re still confused I can post a picture for you.

I've been using a Megger R2 reel with my Metrel for years

I always put the drum at the other end so I don't have to carry it. I wind out the lead first to the furthest point. I removed the outer casing as it never wound up properly so I just have a bare drum and the lead manually wound up on it.
