What are they called?!

Hi guys can't find them anywhere but they are cable ties with a rawl plug attached, you fold the plug together push in the hole and then hammer the pin in to secure, can't remember what they are called?!!

Think I know what you mean we used to call them Hilti loops but I can't find them either
