Hello

I am about to put a new ceiling plate up, its a 3 spot light: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000OS94XM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

As per instructions it says it needs an earth. Having taken the old light down, it only used neutral and live. There is however other live and neutral wires going into a little connection block. I have never wired up a light that required earthed before.

Could anyone advise on how I correctly wire up the new light please?

Thanks

Adam

The middle terminal on your new fitting is earth so you need a connection from here to the green/yellow wires (earth). Your two unconnected blues go to N and the unconnected brown to L.
