    Thanks all.... I didn't alter any wiring but found a neutral to earth fault which made the RCD trip weirdly. Personally I think it's the way wylex wired up the box. Instead of each neutral from RCD going to the main neutral bar and then to the main switch wylex wired it so that RCD 1 neutral...

    I have completed all tests and for the new circuit and all pass. Insulation resistance OK. Zsok, polarity etc. I am not entirely familiar with these relays how ever I do believe I have wired it up correctly. I.e. A signal wire from system comes to relay and then to neutral activating coil...
