Great forum this not been on for a while this was raised in a conversation the other day with someone and there argument was why is there a check box next to each circuit so I'm right in thinking you just put 1 and 5 times results in once and although not necessary the socket test would suffice
(prob a stupid question this) If i am testing an rcd via the plug in test on the sockets from my instrument is it still necessary to test the rcd via each individual circuit i.e. lighting, shower etc thanks for your response in advance.
this is exactly what im looking for ive just wired a property which has uponor ufh installed aswell ive wired the wiring centre as per instructions i have a five core at my timer/stat which includes a floor sensor i have three terminals a,b and c my first question is how to connect up the timer...
cheers malcolm the reason i was asking is a rewire may be coming up were the cust wants to be able to switch up and down lights off on her way out of the house via a switch and as its quite a big house so i was thinking of doing it via a contactor in the db, the 2 way switch and down landing...
hello everyone i havent posted for a while but i know this is the place for my answer, if i was to put a contactor in for a lighting circuit how is it wired/connected also if would any contactor have any effect on rcd's within the circuit?
