    Sunny boy 2000hf screen not working

    I recently moved houses and the previous owner had a sunny boy sb-2000hf-30 inverter installed. The first green light is on but when I tap on the screen nothing happens. On the manual it says that tapping/knocking on the screen should turn it on. Anyone knows how this inverter works?

    SunnyBoy 2000HF with 3.36Kw 14 panel string

    Hello, A friend of mine has just had a 14 panel 3.36kW system installed. When he described it to me I was surprised that the installed inverter ( Sunnyboy 2000HF ) was only rated for 2kW. Is this normal or even correct ? Many thanks Mike
