Fan core drill

Good evening, I am about to purchase a new SDS drill but today I was fitting an extractor and could have really done with a core drill. A few questions if I may.. Do you think this is man enough as it would be nice to have an allrounder instead of a dedicated core drill? Can anyone better this...

fault on new sy cable

First of all hello everyone this is my first post on here. Working at a church in london today sorting out a few problems on a Niche warm air heater control pannel, The heater is in undercroft and the pannel is remote mounted above (through floor) in church.We were getting loads of weird voltage...
