I've just noticed an odd problem.
I have 2x 12v downlighters in a small room.
On the same circuit, in my living room there are 12x 12v downlighters connected to two dimmable transformers.
The attached load is well within the limits of both the transformers and the dimmer switches that control them.
Sometimes, when the 2x 12v ligths are switched on the 12x 12v lights briefly turn on and off.
Any idea what might be causing this?
I was thinking possibly a defective transformer with the inrush causing the other 12x lights to turn on/off.

I would check all the connections at the JBs myself , if you have a poor connection this could cause a momentary loss of of supply either by neutral or the live , The LV tranys don't like voltage drop especially electronic ones

Just had another read and the 2 trannys that are possibly causing the problem could be temporally disconnected maybe and connect a couple of temporary pendants , thats another thought anyway..

could it be induced voltage with cables running together?

I wouldn't think it's an induced voltage.
Defective transformer is the likliest cause I reckon.
I haven't had time to check much further but I haven't been able to repeat the fault since I first witnessed it.
