since flats started being built in tower block form.....I would like to see a domestic installer or house basher as you put it design and build a rising busbar throughout a tower block of flats, Lighting throughout communal areas, fire alarms, door entry, district heating, lift supplies, lightning protection and so on....stuff like this that's associated with big blocks of flats.
