C

crabapple

on the PIR testing there is a main 3p board and a sub

does anyone know what cct are connected to each?

i understand theres a ring main and a radial s/o and even a motor cct

is the motor cct connected like:

3p + n + e -- contactor -- commando s/o

or

supply -- starter -- commando s/o

or even

supply -- starter(contactors inside) -- motor??

im trying to set up a rig at home, ive got a 3p bord, a sub board - guessing but a ring of the main board, a 3p/n contactor and then sockt(not real) , a radial with s/o off the sub. help on how it is in the exaM wud be appreciated

when doing the IR test on the 'motor cct' do u link out with bits of cable or can u disconnect load side and test separtely ? when doin R1R2 do use a tool to hold in or useur finger or something??s
iread some posts on the forum and understand that u need permission to isolate, then cover off, prove, 10 dead tests, prove.lockoff and sign, null meter for dead tests. ucant turn ur bak on an uncovered board, neither can u energise them.

al help appreciated
