250W Mono >16& efficiency?

Hi all,

I'm trying to identify a mono module that has higher than 16% efficiency, preferably 250Wp (60cell) but would look at higher wattage (perhaps 72cell) modules too.

Any thoughts/advice?

Probably have to be a 260 Wp 60 cell module. So Hyundai or LG 260 Wp Mono Black panel will do it.
