30ma RCD test times pass

Hi there can anyone tell me what are the pass results for a 30ma rcd ?
x1/2 x1 x5

If it's to BS61008/61009 then the 1X is 300ms

assuming no time delay

you're reight IQ. i put 300 then had 2nd thoughts. just like 2nd marriage was worse than the 1st. LOL. should have looked it up.

You were correct for a BS4293 though!

arrrghhh, that's where the 200 came from. really must open the brb more often. must be my age! LOL. as long as i can still spell " altzeimers" i think i'm still functioning 80%

ok so 1/2 no trip 1x 300ms for new rcd ? x5 40ms is this correct

spot on. that is the max. alllowed. actual trp times are usually much less. typically 20-30ms at x1, 10-15ms @ x5. anything below the max. is a " pass" . when you test, you test at 0 and 180. record the highest results.
