as above the boiler was moved to a shed when an extension was getting built , now all the pipes leaving the boiler are copper but now are in plastic before hits the ground, would i still have to bond this and would it be bonded from my new board in the shed while the supply is from an exisiting 3036 board.. tn-c-s

id say just do insulation resistance from earth bar to boiler in question, but does it matter which cu.

the one supplying boiler ornew one in shed, although both connected anyway

but its aboout a 30m run and have a cu in shed beside it...

but i get what you saying... and they are all linked, if needs be

The resistance you measure should be back to the main earthing terminal, however if you are needing to bond the pipework, the CU you have local to the boiler will have an earth marshaling terminal (probably the CU earth bar) and the earthing for the shed CU should also provide the bonding back to the main earth terminal, therefore when you bond the pipework (if required) then you can take your cable to the earth marshaling terminal and the rest of the bonding back to the main earth terminal will be accomplished by the CU earthing.
