Does anyone know how to complete the test instrument log book supplied by the NIC.. I have a checkbox CB1 and on the paperwork it asks for continuity resistance 1 and continuity resistance 2 and insulation resistance 1 and insulation resistance 2.

On my checkbox on continuity I have point 0.5ohms and 1 and 2 ohms on the insulation. I have 0.5Mohm , 2Mohm and 200Mohms.

What recording would I need to complete in the log book as it just asks for resistance 1 and resistance 2 on continuity and the same on insulation.

Thanks

My mate NIC and I was showing him how to use his check box I do not think it matters I told him to put 0.5 M ohm and 200Mohm and 0.5 ohm and 1 ohm initally.

but I do not think it matters, more important is that you check instrument on regular basic, I do mine monthly when I doing a lot of testing.

If you not testing regularly I perform check before testing.
