hey guys i am in my level 3 city and guilds but dont cover the requirements fro the nvq and i was wondering if i took the 17th edition regs exam and part p would i by able to install new circuits

It's been said countless times; all you need to join a scam is 17th and 2391. NVQ isn't relevant when joining NIC etc.
