Could someone decipher this wiring diagram for me? I bought 10-3 wire to run to it, looking to wire for 230V.

Yessir, but I'm not positive what the diagram is telling me to do.

My interpretation is this :

Hot w/ blue

Neutral w/ white, red, orange

Ground w/ brown

Hot w/ Black, yellow

Is that correct?

think you just need to get 230V across blue and black. in USA is this achieved with 2 hots?

No.

Live to blue.

Neutral / other live to yellow and black together.

White, Red and Orange together in an insulated connector.

Brown in its own insulated connector.

That’s a simple wiring diagram and I think these folks have you on the right track. It’s just a duel voltage motor

That is correct all you need is 2 live wires and a equipment ground at 240vac
