Hello, I was just looking for some help with the above subject with looking up the tables for the various protective device and finding the values of C connected with CCCC. I was looking for the rating factor for a BS88 fuse and I found at least 2 different tables the difference being that there were different systems B,C etc this was con fusing as I did not know what table to use . I was just wondering was there a resource out there other than the 7671 that covered this subject and also what are these different systems,
cheers.

CCC rating for cables in BS7671 and OSG. that value is Iz. your design current is Ib. the fuse/MCB rating is In. as long as Ib<In<Iz, then you have your values.
