I've been sent this image of a timer control that no longer functions correctly.

The unit needs replacing, can anyone recommend a replacement.

not really. that's a central heating programmer. you want a water heater control with daytime manual boost like what i posted.
 
Just get a new hortmann one then you all you have to do is unplug the 5 spade connectors to the front panel and swap to the new one, 5 minute job, they do a digital version which is usually cheaper too
