hi guys

after a little advice for pricing on an extra flush mounted socket. Property has
concrete floors.

now for a surface mounted double socket i usally quote arround £45.00 which is 1
hours labour plus matirials which i think is a fair price.

now i would estimate 2.5 to 3 hours labour for a flush mounted ( chase too cieling,
chase backbox, floorboard lift and replace in room above, wire circuit, backfill chase and finally test and certify. so would £90.00 sound a fair price

manythanks

Depends on where you are in the country, around my way probably no chance, you would do well to get 50 or 60 quid. Is it possible to go across the wall to the next available point and spur from it, rather than buggering about pulling floors up etc?

Cheers..........Howard
