Hello all,

i have been to a job to price up fitting a replacement towel rail and change light fitting in a very small cloakroom with a toilet and basin. The fcu for the t rail is above the skirting but underneath the sink. In my opinion I feel that the fcu should be moved to outside the cloakroom. What are people's views on this as I realise it is not a special location and the fcu is more than 300mm for the edge of the basin.
