There could be a Psychology weekend conference spent on that post. Luckily it’s in house. We won’t tell. Just wear a daffodil in your lapel, no one will know :)

You prefer Max Boyce to a good old fashion back alley 'jobbie' with a vallies tart? That's just weird. Having said that Max probably had a smaller ar$e than most of the vallies girls :(

Reminds me of my CB days. There used to be a woman called 'Golden Sabre'. The sexiest voice that you could imagine - and then I met her

Is it just me or is the general standard of driving going down hill? I had a 'little' commute home yesterday, from Irvine in Scotland to just north of Cardiff. I get really fed up of the number of 'CLODs' (Center Lane Only Drivers) that travel on motorways. I'm tootling along on the inside lane with nothing in front of me apart from cars doing 60 in the middle lane. I have the option of passing on the inside with the risk that they just might realise that they can use that lane or go from the left lane to the third lane, pass, then back to the left lane. Why can't they just go into the left lane? At road works, they sit in the middle and outside lanes doing 45 while I'm doing 50 in the inside, again, with no other traffic. CLODs really pi$$ me off! Another pet hate, people not waving or flashing when you stop to let them through. Happens a lot around here. A row of parked cars, you stop to let a car coming towards you through and they just stare blankly as they go past, not the hint of a 'thank you' wave or flash of the lights. And don't get me started on the number of reps I see on a motorway doing paper work as they drive. I've even seen guys with paper work on the steering wheel as they drive.
Oh I feel better after that rant. Just got the drive back up to Scotland tomorrow to look forward to now.
You're considering undertaking and talking about driving standards ?

You need to buy some 2mm bore green/yellow sleeving the pleasure of its aesthetic neatness makes you chill out.

LOOK MUM! See, I'm not wierd :)

Incidentally, the remarks about bikes ring true. I've ridden for motor bikes for over 30 years but the VFR800 goes up for sale this summer. I just don't bounce the way I used to or tarmac is getting harder so we will part while I have happy memories and no bruises.

I didn't say I do it, I overtake and then cut the t**t up when I swerve back into the left lane ;);):D

What are the 3 scenarios where you are allowed to undertake other road users?
I can think of two. If someone is indicating right and waiting to turn and on a congested road where your lane is moving faster than the one to the right although in that situation you are usually trying to avoid the cars that are swapping lanes all the time just to get one car length ahead

Number 3 when your girlfriend has run away to be with her family 3 fields away from your house.

The 3 scenarios where you can undertake are:
  1. In a one way street.
  2. When a vehicle is indicating right (used to be when a vehicle is turning right).
  3. When your lane is moving faster than other lanes to your right.
