Hi Guys

Been having issues with Easycert lately, customer service/ maintenance isn't too helpful when you really need it !!

Think it may be time for change even though Ive been a loyal customer for around 10 years.

What other alternatives are out there that tick the following boxes:

✅ Decent customer service/ maintenance
✅ Desk top and iPad versions
✅ Would be a bonus if works on a Mac

Cheers Sy ?

I can't imagine the little checkbox to be that annoying, it only happens once on startup if I recall. The software is fully functional without Customer Care package, you just don't get customer care or updates without having paid for it (really, who knew!)

So what have they done to annoy you so much?
They have deliberately added the annoying pop up and have admitted that this is an error in the programming and have promised a fix in the next update. The problem is that I cannot receive future updates unless I pay Tysoft £50 for the priviledge!. I should be offered a free care package until the update is released, that way I can avoid the reminder pop up. Once I have updated the software fix, he can then revoke my care package....simples

Ok, so if they take away the little checkbox and just leave in a little pop up saying Customer Care Package has expired you'll be happy then?

They are a business, other than the pop up at the start the software is generally no different to use (updates aside) if Customer Care has expired or not, which I think is pretty decent, they could make it unusable and watermark certs if they really wanted to.
