Is it me or does this say that the first lot of people to be signed up for Green Deal will be Jan 2013???? Government sets out next steps for Green Deal - Department of Energy and Climate Change isn't that a delay???

politicians, so twisted they can't walk straight down a corridor.

I did hear something about there will be no fee's etc for getting the accreditation to be a green deal provider/installer etc

For the first 2 years, not much of a bonus if it takes that long to get set up!
