I've hopefully got the pleasure of Grandkids yet to come. I've still got 2 at home, 1 just turned 11 & the other 9 going on 90:D. The 9 year old keeps trying to nick my tools & meters for her toolbox

We weren't expecting hm to come along for another few years yet
Funyy thing that missing tools malarkey, I found my old pyro gear in the youngest son's wardrobe the other week. No clue how it got there because he didn't do it, must have been the fairys again:)

 They're little buggers for nicking tools, those fairies. When my eldest was little I had a cracking pair of pliers that went missing, we looked everywhere we could think of with no luck. About 2 years later, my mate came to do a plumbing job for us & discovers my pliers. There was a small loose board in the Airing cuboard & she'd hidden them under there & forgotten about them, my missus still winds her up about it now:grin:

yes i have a tool fairy at my house as well, it steals the extension lead and battery jigsaw out of my van, which is a real pain when you go to use them and there not there!

i have 3 boys, 23,22 & 17, 15 month old granddaughter from middle son.

oh the joys of being a granny! LOL

Oh yes I can have anything that's better than what he has or it magically disappears, when I got a new tool bag I didn't even get chance to put my tools in it!

 My 9 year old just did that to me, my missus baught me a Bosch tool tote for my Birthday. I came home & looked for it, where do I find it ? under madams bed thats where. Little waster.

I try to not charge friends but I must say if I ever ask they always repay the favour. If I'm gona charge I normally say before hand depends if they taking the mick and expecting it. Although I end up not charging but at least they where willing to pay.

2 bags: Typical plumber, 1's never enough of anything:biggrin5:

The only thing that he doesn't get to steel is my van, which winds him up as he has a poxy vw caddy!
Plus whenever he does drive a vechile of mine it always comes back with something missing or hanging off, so he's BANNED! :cuss:

Just been informed i have a job to do at home, somebody has broken the pull switch in the bathroom!

Who should i send the bill to and what do you think i should charge?

Send the bill to your other half Kath, plumbers have got more money than sparkies. Mimimum charge should be breakfast in bed on the weekend :wink5:
