Socket fell off the wall and can’t get the switches to work in parrell, one works perfect the other is then obsolete

Can someone help, have attached pictures

Red wire on its own not live with any switch on or off.

fraid you need an electrician to sort that mess out. it's not wired upcorrectly, but without being on site, it's guesswork.
