I find it difficult to believe an electrician fitted that rcbo.

I got an electrician in to do that part for me, he brought the rcbo with him

Get him to diagnose it.

At the very least you have put your sockets on a 50amp RCBO(It should be a 32amp).
You obviously don't know what your doing so get a proper electrician in to test the circuits,change the breaker and fix your fault
