Still trying to get to grips with new EICR coding - got 400 ohms on earth rod all protected by 30mA rcd. What would you code this as under the new EICR?

I agree with the above.
In a TT with all circuits protected by 30mA RCD(s) then the impedance of the earth path could be as low as 1666ohms.
Personally, I'd also code it 3, with a note in the comments box though looking at GN3 (new version) and the BGB I can't see any reference to a 'recommended max' of 200 ohms, only that values over 200 ohms may not be stable
