honeywell elect programmer

Had to disconnect and rewire old honeywell programmer for potterton boiler all about 25yrs old.

(reason was the isolator switch isolated the boiler but not the programmer!!!!to the )

Also this was set into the recess of a kitchen unit cutout. B@@@'std to remove the front cover...
any way...reterminated everything after sending the feed to the fused spur switch first,then back to the programmer,,, ...but now boiler central heating works ok but not the hot water!!!
just wondered if anyone had this issue before.. dont want to be providing a new timer.! :-(

Sounds like it wasn't wired correctly to start with. Sometimes it's best to start over with CH systems.

May have posted this twice but hey!"!" all sorted ..led on hot water slide switch not lighting up...convinced customer hot water wasnt coming on....
when in fact all working fine... (probably due to me shoving screwdriver in hole and smashin led)
