Trying to install a Lutron Toggle/Dimmer (TGCL-153PR)
Confused, as the current switch has 3 wires gong to it Black, White, and Red (there is also a ground)
The Red and Black are both ALWAYS HOT and the White becomes HOT when the current switch is turned on.
Which terminals should I attach which wires to on the new switch.
Not sure how to figure out what is the "common" and what the "travelers" should be.
FWIW, I am guessing it was a 3-way before at some point and that the other switch is buried in a wall somewhere...
Thanks in advance for any insight.

It appears that the black and white are being used as travelers.
